This look captures everything I love about late-summer evenings in New England: relaxed, elegant, and just a touch romantic. I wore this red-and-cream striped J.Crew maxi dress for a family dinner at the Weekapaug Inn, pairing it with chocolate brown Jack Rogers sandals and my go-to woven tote. The atmosphere that night was so warm and intimate, it almost felt like a date night, even with Brennan happily in tow. Between dinner and sunset, we took the opportunity to snap a few family photos on the Inn’s lawn, which means I can officially check holiday cards off my list. A perfect mix of comfort, family, and timeless coastal charm.
